Aloe Vera Plus
Aloe vera has been known for its healing properties for at least 6,000 years. It is best known for treating skin injuries, but also has several other beneficial effects on health. The plant is known for keeping skin hydrated and clear. It’s rich in antioxidants such as and Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E, and it contains seven of the eight essential amino acids. The Vitamin Company’s Aloe Vera Plus supplement contains both the Aloe Gel and Aloe Latex parts of the Aloe Vera plant. The Aloe Gel speeds up the wound healing by improving blood circulation through the area and preventing cell death around a wound. The gel can also be found in liquid or capsule form and taken orally. Whereas Aloe latex contains chemicals that work as a laxative, and it’s usually taken orally to treat constipation.

Dosage
1-2 Capsules per day, preferably with a meal (if you want to use it for digestion purposes). Otherwise, it can be used before or after sleep.
