Refunds & Returns Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at THE VITAMIN COMPANY.
Order will be processed immediately upon order confirmation. For orders exceeding PKR 10,000 the customer would need to pay 50% of the full amount in advance and the balance amount will be paid at the time of delivery.
Replacement will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days of receipt of the product by THE VITAMIN COMPANY, provided goods are received in acceptable condition. We do not offer refunds, if the products are opened or used.
In case of damaged delivery, complaint must be shared at company’s helpline number immediately along with picture proof. Any claim received after 24 hours from the delivery, will not be entertained. If the claim is approved by the company, free repacememt will be done.
